Grilled sirloin steak cooked to perfection and brushed with garlic butter. It’s a simple recipe, but it melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 100 grams of butter
- 4-6 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 8 sirloin steaks, 250 grams each
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a small pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat along with the garlic. Set aside.
- Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is reached. Once ready, place them on warm plates. Brush each steak to your liking with the garlic butter and let them rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
