Memberships

The memberships are billed monthly as a yearly plan. Every month your dues will be automatically billed and charged on your credit card you provided when you signed up. Each membership is good for one (1) household, which means any person from the household can take advantage of the amazing discounts and events we have for our members. Black Angus and Wagyu members will collect their monthly meat club box at the store during the pick up window only. Carnivore will deliver the Birthday package for the Wagyu members. Memberships are for 1 year (12 consecutive months), in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel prior to the one year anniversary of your membership please contact us directly at [email protected] or call at 640-MEAT for us to explain the fees associated with canceling prior to expiration.

Delivery Policy

We take orders from Tuesday - Friday for deliveries and pick up Wednesday - Saturday. All orders must be in before 4:30pm the day before. Which means any order placed online after Friday 4:30pm will delivery Wednesday. All Carnivore Cayman products purchased on the webpage will be sent via an email confirmation that you can use to pick up your order at the store in Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

We encrypt certain sensitive information (such as credit card information) using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your Personally Identifiable Information is safe as it is transmitted.

Billing Policy

All customers will receive an email confirmation with the order and the amount billed.
Invoice and payment receipts are available to customers upon request.
Your purchase will appear as “Carnivore Cayman” on your credit card statement.

Refund Policy

If for any reason, you have concerns with your order, please call or write to us by the next business day after the collection of your order so we can address your concerns and achieve an appropriate resolution, if necessary.
Refunds can be requested by filling out our contact form on the contact page.
You must include the email address you used to purchase the product, as refunds will only be issued to matching email addresses and corresponding invoice numbers
